By downloading, installing, or using the ClearMind mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and ClearMind ("we," "us," "our").
ClearMind is a screen time management application for iOS that helps users reduce digital distractions. The App uses Apple's Screen Time API (FamilyControls framework) to allow users to manage which apps are accessible on their device.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use ClearMind. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

ClearMind offers the following premium plans:
New subscribers to Monthly and Yearly plans receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.
Monthly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases and subscriptions apply.
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
ClearMind offers a referral program where users can share a unique 6-character referral code. When a new user subscribes using your referral code:
ClearMind requires access to Apple's FamilyControls framework to function. By granting this permission, you authorize the App to:
You can revoke these permissions at any time through iOS Settings. Revoking permissions will disable the App's core blocking functionality.

All content, features, and functionality of the ClearMind App — including but not limited to design, graphics, text, icons, images, and software — are owned by ClearMind and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
ClearMind is a tool to assist with digital habits. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
